Sweet! How long does it take for you to deliver?
From the time you order online, we are going to do our best to try to get the food to you, and our goal is 25 minutes. This may vary depending on how busy we are, how far you are from our delivery location, weather, etc. In general, delivery orders are always sent out as soon as possible, regardless of the chosen delivery time.
Rock on. What times do you deliver?
On Mondays through Saturdays, orders can be placed to arrive from about 11:45AM to 9:45PM. On Sunday, orders can be placed to arrive from 12:45PM to 9:45PM.
Wait a sec, why is the earliest delivery time available more than an hour from now?
The way the GoMobo delivery system works is in 15 minute time blocks. Each time block can only accommodate so many orders, so once it is filled, that time block is no longer available and you may then select the next one (until that is filled or times out).
O rly? Can I call in my order?
Nope, sorry. We’re lazy and don’t want to take credit card numbers and delivery information over the phone. Even lazier, we don’t want to deal with cash either so everything is done through the GoMobo website and all orders are prepaid by credit card. We know, you may not like this, but try the online ordering and you’ll probably find it more convenient. Probably.

Okay, so is there a fee for delivery? Or an order minimum?
Yes, to make sure we can pay our drivers, and that they can pay for their cars, gas, and insurance, we are charging a $2.50 flat delivery charge per order. Because of this fee, there is no order minimum. However, tips are still appreciated and are always good for your karma =)
Whoa. Can I make substitutions? Is there a cost for this?
Yes, substitutions can be made on your entrees, as long as they do not alter the price of the entree. For example, you can substitute carrots for broccoli for no charge, but you cannot substitute carrots for more meat, noodles, or for more veggies than what you are substituting for. Any invalid substitutions requested on your entree will be ignored.

GoMobo is an online ordering service that we are taking all our delivery orders through. If you’re interested to learn more, you can go to their website.
Cool. So do I have to create an account? Do you keep my credit card info?
It’s totally up to you. You can place your order as a guest and avoid having to create an account, or you can create an account so it’s convenient for you to place orders again later. GoMobo can store your credit card information for fast ordering and convenience, but only with your permission. By default, the credit card information is not stored.
No wai, can I use my No Thai! card on my delivery order?
Nope, sorry again. No Thai! cards are only redeemable in person at a No Thai! GoMobo is a third-party service, so it’s not possible for them to be able to redeem our cards. Sorry about that.
